Kate Swarthout
Kate Swarthout is a marketing expert and top real estate agent who specializes in creating a unique plan for every client. Her educational background includes a Master's in Business Administration from Berry College, specializing in marketing. She began her career as a Marketing Director and moved to real estate in 2016 to become one half of The Dottie and Kate Team.
As a native of Georgia, Kate is familiar with all of the metro Atlanta area, as well as South Georgia. Relying on her training and experience, Kate uses market trend data to establish expert property evaluations and create individual marketing plans for her customers. She regularly attends training sessions to keep her skills fresh and up to date, increasing her appeal to today's younger buyers.
